Josh came on the spur of the moment to estimate, assess and come up with a plan. His work is exceptional, he even had to think outside the box as this is a very old home. The weather didn't always cooperate making things more complicated. Josh always notified me of the time he would arrive and even sent me pictures and videos of progress! Owner sent his children to poorly dust ceilings and walls of disabled woman's home for 3.5 hours and tried charging her $1,600.00! She only had $1,000.00 and he took it. He had told her $100.00/per for HIM to do the work. He personally did not show up to do the job the client believed he himself to do. I tried to call and ask to him to please give back some money to this disabled lady on a fixed income and he rudely hung up on me. Unprofessional. He promised that he himself would do the work and sent children instead and made sure that he also got paid for supervising his "crew" by phone. I went in and actually used soap and water to clean and the walls and ceiling were still filthy! This was fraudulent misrepresentation in business in my opinion and you took advantage of an old lady!

Although Jeff was very accommodating and returned to the rental two additional times after the initial cleaning, the overall job was very poor. I would recommend getting a written plan of what exactly will be cleaned. I was promised a turn-key cleaning, but I can provide many pictures before and after each visit that says otherwise. I hired the company to clean an empty apartment, including washing the floors, surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, carpet shampooing in the living room and the cupboards in the kitchen. The carpet was cleaned, but there was debris left along all of the walls from the shampooing, including dust, hair, and screws. It was not vacuumed before, nor afterwards. There was also build up of dust and dirt in the corners of the wooden floors that had to be mopped and washed. The cupboards were not clean; there was residue on the countertops. Jeff did do a good job when he returned cleaning the stove (it had food still in the burners after the initial clean) and addressing specific examples. I just wish someone had done a walk through so I didn't have to have ask the company to come in three times. I spent a few hundred dollars for this service and I was very disappointed.
