Josh came on the spur of the moment to estimate, assess and come up with a plan. His work is exceptional, he even had to think outside the box as this is a very old home. The weather didn't always cooperate making things more complicated. Josh always notified me of the time he would arrive and even sent me pictures and videos of progress! I can't thank him enough and I would highly recommend him.
Our late mother wasn’t living in the house for over a year when we needed Josh’s crew and services, and there had been mold and mildew in the basement. Josh and his crew spent quality time and care cleaning it thoroughly to make sure it was safe and spotless. The smell was gone, and he made sure that any water-loving animals he happened to have found in the basement were safely put outside in their proper home. Any concerns we had or things needing adjusting in our requests, he was on them right away to meet our needs. He also helped us clear our yard of grass that had not been mowed in over a year, as well as deep cleaning the surface of the kitchen, bathroom, and windows to make sure it was a clean and safe house to sell for the new owners. I’m forever grateful for the thoughtful service we received from this small local business!
