Shane and his crew, once again, did a great job cleaning the roof and gutters, and applying a moss preventive solution. And they took the time to gather and dispose of some major roof gunk that had collected on the back patio and garden shed roof. Shane is very responsive to calls and my questions. I'll be using them next year to apply moss preventive solution that will extend the life of my roof.

We scheduled an appt after seeing Moss Boss wash our neighbor's roof. They scheduled an appt with us the following week. They laid tarp out in front of the house but did so carelessly. There was a good amount in the driveway and on the walkway. We are still finding shingle granules in our yard months after the fact. They also forgot to spray off the side of the side of the house. The roof looks great so I would give the service 3.5 stars but that's not possible with Google. We were just dissapointed in the overall quality of the work. I think the quality of work will vary depending on who in the company is performing the work.

Scotty took great care of our power washer when our pump went out and helped us out with our warranty. We had wonderful customer service and with his proactive ordering of parts he got our maintenance team back out power washing in a quick manner.

What a great service! Just had my first cleaning today on 10 year old bins. They only had 24hr notice from the time I signed up online and still got it done today. Our garbage can was the worst, he said it should get cleaner each time, but it was caked in grease and oil. I’m very happy with my service and will recommend! Thank you for cleaning our nasty bins!!
