We scheduled an appt after seeing Moss Boss wash our neighbor's roof. They scheduled an appt with us the following week. They laid tarp out in front of the house but did so carelessly. There was a good amount in the driveway and on the walkway. We are still finding shingle granules in our yard months after the fact. They also forgot to spray off the side of the side of the house. The roof looks great so I would give the service 3.5 stars but that's not possible with Google. We were just dissapointed in the overall quality of the work. I think the quality of work will vary depending on who in the company is performing the work.
I had the moss boss out for some moss removal they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend.
I was very happy with the job that they did. It was really satisfying to see those chunks of moss and those old dry pine needles fly off my roof! I was told that my roof would basically be "detailed", and it sure was! Looks brand new. Thank you.
