My service with Mr. Big Rig was a 10 out of 10. Mr. Big Rig and his staff was a great help. My tractor broke down at the rest area 20miles from Santa Rosa, NM on a Saturday evening. I call Mr. Big Rig for roadside assistance, within the first hour he arrived. That’s important for me to point out bcos so many other businesses will have the driver in limbo for hours on the side of the road. My radiator on my tractor was damaged and needed to be replaced. Mr. Big Rig went over and beyond by strategizing the safes and most efficient way to get my tractor to his shop. I was also allowed to stay the night on the property for safe haven. The next morning without delay the mechanic started and completed the work within reasonable time. Mr.Big Rig and his employees were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would I contact Mr. Big Rig for any other Truck/Trailer repair Yes! Would I refer Mr. Big Rig services Yes!
