My service with Mr. Big Rig was a 10 out of 10. Mr. Big Rig and his staff was a great help. My tractor broke down at the rest area 20miles from Santa Rosa, NM on a Saturday evening. I call Mr. Big Rig for roadside assistance, within the first hour he arrived. That’s important for me to point out bcos so many other businesses will have the driver in limbo for hours on the side of the road. My radiator on my tractor was damaged and needed to be replaced. Mr. Big Rig went over and beyond by strategizing the safes and most efficient way to get my tractor to his shop. I was also allowed to stay the night on the property for safe haven. The next morning without delay the mechanic started and completed the work within reasonable time. Mr.Big Rig and his employees were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would I contact Mr. Big Rig for any other Truck/Trailer repair Yes! Would I refer Mr. Big Rig services Yes! To sum things up in a nut shell, if you need anything pertaining to Truck/Trailer services Mr. Big Rig is the place to go. Once again, thanks Mr. Big Rig for your help.
WOW Joey did an amazing job and rescued us at 10pm when AAA said they could not help. Our RV had a blown tire and he helped get us back on the road. After our repair, he put on his hazards and followed us on the freeway to make sure we would be ok when we got to cruising speed. He was confident in his work, that he would be fine, but it was so nice for him to follow us. I hope to never get a blown tire in New Mexico again but if I do, I would definitely call Big Rig Truck Service!
I'm an owner operator who drives cross country for work. On 2/9/2024 My tire blew out on i40 eastbound, so I began to call around to the commercial spots like Loves and TA. I was recommended Big Rig Truck by a guy from TA. I called roughly 2:30pm to request service. By 3:30pm the mechanic was onsite handling the tires. By 4:15pm I was back on the road heading the Pennsylvania. Excellent service. The mechanic I had was named Aaron. Quick and efficient. Exceptional work and professional company.
