My husband bought an expensive tool from this store and they keep debiting money out of our checking account for items that were paid for in full months ago. This morning my bank account was short almost $600 for items that were purchase and delivered months ago!!! How is this shady accounting practice allowed We have called and they have refused to give us are money back and they are acting like its no big deal, meanwhile i am out almost $600. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

I hired We Love Messes, I provided the cleaning list from the landlord to be completed before move out. I was sent a bill for almost $600 and the house was left dirty, walls dirty, windowsills dirty, light switches dirty, food still in the oven, base boards not wiped down, light fixtures and fans dusty and dirty. When I sent pictures Heather was apologetic that “I wasn’t satisfied”, she offered at an additional cost to me to go back and complete the work. I received the invoice And I was threatened with being charged with theft, cops and court. I offered to pay for 5 hours at 45 an hour which is more than generous considering the end result. I was met with more threats and a belligerent phone call. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Up north powerwash! The owner came to our shop to do some washing, stole some equipment & refused to bring it back! When I cornered him in town, he admitted to the theft of 1 item but not the others. I highly recommend avoiding this mess of a company.

We had work done by Renew PowerClean this summer. This business was extremely professional from beginning to end, and completely customer-centered. Communication was excellent. Dave was very prompt, respectful, personable, and helpful in all his dealings with us. Be assured he will take care of any and all problems you might have!
