I hired We Love Messes, I provided the cleaning list from the landlord to be completed before move out. I was sent a bill for almost $600 and the house was left dirty, walls dirty, windowsills dirty, light switches dirty, food still in the oven, base boards not wiped down, light fixtures and fans dusty and dirty. When I sent pictures Heather was apologetic that “I wasn’t satisfied”, she offered at an additional cost to me to go back and complete the work. I received the invoice And I was threatened with being charged with theft, cops and court. I offered to pay for 5 hours at 45 an hour which is more than generous considering the end result. I was met with more threats and a belligerent phone call. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Tammy and her organizing skills have changed my life. She is caring, compassionate and straightforward and during a short consultation was able to challenge beliefs and attachments that were getting in my way. Since working with her my living space, outbuildings and office have progressively improved in becoming organized, peaceful and inspiring. I also had the cleaning service on a regular basis for several years and they did an amazing job. Having someone clean for me just once a month gave me more time to donate things I didn't need and organize the things I kept. They are an amazing team!

I began working with Tammy about 8 years ago when a demanding job and a teenager at home left very little time for organizing. Tammy patiently dove in to help me sort and purge. Together we have made great progress! Tammy boldly tackled even old, dusty storage items in our basement, and moldy, broken items in the shed. She helped me to organize a rummage sale with a neighbor, taught me how to sell large items on-line or through second-hand stores, and told me where to bring donations for those who could benefit. I now have an office/studio with organized bookshelves, files and craft storage, and an organized basement and storage shed. In addition I have learned a lot about the mental and emotional aspects of letting go of stuff. It can be difficult and tiring but Tammy “holds your hand” during the process. She helps you to gently set achievable goals. In keeping you accountable to your goals, you can accomplish 10 times with Tammy working with you. After reaching your organizing goals, it feels as if you’ve cleared debris out of your brain! I can’t say enough about how much brighter and lighter I feel, and my home feels. Consulting with Tammy is like having a cleaning person, interior decorator, psychologist and life coach rolled into one economical package!
