When I asked him about steam cleaning the concrete on my drive way and porch, he said it was to new to be done. It’s 15 years old! I had our home and driveway in Eleanor, WV washed on 4/10/2021. I had another business scheduled for the day before and they did not show and never contacted me with any explanation. I contacted Tri-State Elite ProWash & Restoration Friday evening after the no-show and they worked me in the very next day. Service was extremely professional and everything looks great! Neighbors came out to get contact information and I have already provided contact information to work colleagues for their cleaning needs. Highly recommend and will use service again.
