Ben did such a wonderful job on my driveway. I had a huge oil stain from an old car. He came, cleaned it, and also did my sidewalks as part of the deal. He was very professional and his communication skills are terrific. He explained everything he did and why. Please use him should you need gutters, windows, or driveways. Not sure if it is just the one technician but the service was terrible. He showed up 1.5 hours early with only a few minutes notice, which luckily I was home. He pulled out a hose with a scrub brush on a pole and went around the house using just that. He put the screens back on soaking wet, and the windows were still very wet as well. No soap or squeegee usage at all. I was told by the sales person that he would come talk to me after finishing and we would walk around and make sure everything was looking good. Didn't happen. He put his stuff away, jumped in the truck and drove off, right after texting me the invoice. I reached out to the main phone number and was told sorry, he will come back and fix it. He did come later that afternoon and when I asked about using soap and squeegee (like I've always had done and their website talks about) he said they don't do that and it wouldn't make any difference. Argued for 5 minutes about it. The windows had water spots and smudges all over them still. After he argued with me about the service that I expected, I called the main number again and was told that they would send me a different tech, who would do a great job the next day. While I was speaking with them, the same tech went around the house and spot cleaned the windows, not using soap or squeegee but, a small squirt bottle and towel. He did even lick his finger a few times to get some of those hard to get smudges. He did finally come talk to me after finishing his spot cleaning and left. The promised tech for the next day did not show up. I called the main number again and asked for a discount and then paid my bill so I can be done with Mint forever.

These guys are great. Saved me from having to paint. I’ve had other pressure washers come and they will get it clean but not quite the same as Fresh Power Wash. They completely restored the color of my siding. Very impressed, very thankful

I'm over maintenance of a Chick-Fil-A location, and have to say, these guys are a cut above everyone else we have tried so far. The first service that gets all the way down to bare concrete every time! With as much oil and grease that ends up on the pavement, that is an accomplishment. Porter is great to work with! Id highly recommend their service. You'll get as much bang for your buck as can be had.

This is such a great company to work with! Super professional and knowledgeable. They came out and gave me a quote to wash my fleet vehicles that looked great to me. We got on the schedule quickly and they did an amazing job. They cleaned all my work fleet trucks, lift truck, crane truck, scissor lift, and trailer for it. (All covered in hydraulic fluid) They look brand new! Can’t recommend them enough.
