I hired Competitive Pressure Washing in June 2024 to wash my vinyl sided house after our windows had been replaced. The owner came to my house to give me an estimate. He looked at the house, took some measurements, and gave me an estimate to wash the house and clean our driveway and walkway to the front porch. I thought the estimate was a bit pricey, but CPW has a great reputation so I went with it. CPW returned when promised to do the job. I expected the usual one worker with a roll around pressure washer to show up. Nope. Two people came. Their equipment was truck-mounted and very professional. They prepped the house by covering certain items and taping some other things. I could not believe the work they did. This was a real house wash! Our white vinyl siding sparkled like it was new. The white PVC rails around our walk around porch were all perfectly clean. They even got on ladders to scrub the gutters…even the ones on the second floor. The cleaned the window ledges, and took care of the driveway and walkway. You could tell they used a bleach mixture which really made things look and smell clean! Simply stated, the job was worth every penny and we plan to use CPW again. I highly recommend them.

Roy is a prompt & skilled professional who delivered more than I expected for a very reasonable cost. He did an exceptional job soft washing my stucco home & power washing the walkway, patio, & driveway. He even washed the vinyl fencing around the house because it desperately needed it. I highly recommend him for any power washing needs. I am thrilled with his work!
