Highly recommend!! This was the first time having my house pressure washed, it definitely needed it! They responded very quickly to all of my messages. They had a cancellation, so they fit me into their schedule. Showed up when they said they would. The guys were super nice,friendly and hard working. I could not be happier with the entire process I went through with Chris. When I called him to get a quote, he was open and honest And wanted to know in detail about what my expectations were for the job. Instead of using images from Google Earth and giving an estimate based off total square footage, Chris came out and walked around the house with me to ensure he understood what problem areas I need corrected. Pricing was extremely fair for the work he was doing, and came in under most of the big companies: Chris cleaned the entire driveway, house, windows, back patios and by the pool

They were a very professional service. We had our entire back patio cleaned & sealed and came out perfectly. They were on time, very friendly, and very cost competitive compared to other companies we had quote. I would very much recommend K & P and will use them again next year when our driveway needs re-sealed as well.
