Contact with Applying Pressure Cleaning Services was made via a phone call. Follow-up was done via text. Jaret was timely with all responses and communications. A date and time were set and he showed up exactly when he said he would (07:00). He professionally pressure washed (cleaned) the house, driveway, sidewalks, and screened-in back porch. The house is as clean now as the day it was built and was done at a very reasonable rate!! Thanks Jaret and your company will be the one I call next time the house needs cleaned!!

Elite Power Washing came earlier this spring (19April2021) and power washed my home. Following the drying process, there was multiple areas of streaking / areas looking as though dirty solution was running down the siding and then dried. I notified the team and they stated it was normal and should come off after a good rain. I gave a good month of time and several rain occasions of varying quantities of rain that fell for each occurrence and the issue/s were still there on my home. After communicating with them again, the guys then came out to address the areas (23June2021) and were polite and professional on the second visit (as well as the first visit). As of 24 June2021, the streaks and dirt runs are still there. I notified them again, sent pictures for them to see and have decided to cut my ties with this power wash company. Although they have offered to come AGAIN I decided to move on as I lost two plants from the first washing due to chemicals used (most likely) and am tired of "hoping" for a quality job. Called and booked the job and they showed up the same day. Great job my house looks new and they were very careful about Landscaping. I was surprised by the low price. I highly recommend these guys. It only took them about an hour and my place looks fabulous.

Steve and Austin were great to work with! I called last week for a quote to stain our fence and Steve came out within a couple of hours. He provided great information about color options and the stain. Extremely fair pricing and respectful of the budget we were trying to work within. Steve was able to get us on the schedule the following week. Austin was our tech for both the power washing and staining. He knocked out both in two days (which was impressive for the size fence we have). He was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough; keeping me updated throughout the process. Austin would periodically have me check in on the progress to ensure I was satisfied with the result. We will definitely use them again for additional services!

Jeremiah was timely, professional and friendly. He cleaned the sides of our house so well, it looks like it was just built yesterday. Pricing was reasonable and upfront ( on his website). he made sure to be mindful of the property and those of our neighbors, and he came highly recommended on our neighborhood Facebook page. We will be sharing his info with our neighbors, our property manager, and all who need a good clean. He will be our go-to guy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
