Mike does a great job and very reasonable. He is also very compassionate and refused payment when a family member died and we were holding the memorial at our home. He is loaded down with clients so sometimes may take a few days to return a call, but be patient as he is worth it.

Can't recommend this company enough times!! Jeremy is the gold standard for customer service and was amazing to work with. We gave him a VERY tough driveway with an old oil stain. After the first time pressure washing, he wasn't happy with it and asked to come back and try multiple other methods to attempt to get this impossible stain out. In total he spent three days on it and it made a huge difference. You can't go wrong with hiring Jeremy at Modern Pressure Washing!

It seems hard to find house vinyl cleaning services for Omaha, NE area. Something such as power washing or even warm water, soap, hose, brush and a ladder with a luttle elbow grease might gave worked just as good as these guys. Don't get me wrong, super cureous, friend and professional as for that aspect of that matter and wanting a review from before the job is complete. Well here it is buddy. I expected more out of the clean from the 2 of you. In reality, I should of did the job if there are vinyl precautions to prevent damange. I know viny can be fragile, I get that, but lets go a little more distance for the $300. The spray time was less than an hour.
