My business recently hired Ease Your Panes Window Cleaning and I couldn't be more pleased! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top-notch. They were prompt, professional, and answered all my questions thoroughly.

I am currently in the process of buying a home and we noticed possible mold in the garage. I called Rainbow International to come out and give me an estimate on cost of mold mitigation so I could work out a deal with the current owners. I called multiple times trying to set up a date and time and each time I was told "I will call you back as soon as I figure out our schedule." After the first attempt I gave them 3 days to reply. After the 3 days I called back and got the same answer. I gave them another day to "figure out their schedule" and still did not hear back. During this time I called a few other mold mitigation companies in the valley and scheduled visits for an estimate. After reading other reviews about this company I am VERY happy that I will be using someone else to take care of this issue. Don't waste your time with these people.
