I used to go to DG all the time but the staff wasn't very nice. Very cranky when I wanted to use coupons and usually gave me a hard time. Some staff was nice while others just made me not want to shop there. I usually only go during clearance events now. I've worked in retail and understand some people can be hard to deal with but no need to be upset when someone is getting a good deal. Just saying. Place is usually clean but crowded. Corporate should really consider expanding the building and making more space.

They always help me find what I need. If someone isn't at the cash register then they'll take me directly to the product and ask if there is anything else I need help finding. They then let me be there to decide for myself with out pressure.

D&L was contracted to clean my house after my father passed away in it. During their cleaning they removed items of personal property which they did not have permission to remove and did not return them. The items were valuable and also had sentimental value. Their personnel were evasive, initially denied that they removed the items then told me to contact my insurance company and make a claim, and have continued to be evasive. The matter is pending in small claims court.
