From repairs to purchasing equipment and machines, Bill and his staff have always been very reasonable to work with and responsive to any of my needs. Most important for me is the response time when I am in need of service/repair. I have bought a few hot water washers from Hanson, all of them have been great machines that fit the application. No over selling, just good honest guidance for what I actually need!
