Impact was contracted by my builder to perform a whole house cleaning and driveway washing. The driveway was washed and looked amazing, but the house was never cleaned. It was disappointing that my builder could have cared less that the work was not completed. So, I called Impact myself, to inquire about it. I believe it was Breanna that answered the first time, and was going to look into it for me. But after several weeks, inquiring about this, and leaving multiple voicemails, I never received a return phone call. I was then able to reach out to the owner, Matt Marston. I explained everything, and he promised to meet us at our house to inspect it, and make things right. Unfortunately, he ghosted us, and that was over a month ago. Even though I was happy with some of the partial work that was performed, and the potential for quality cleaning, I was ultimately disappointed in the poor customer service that I received.
