Needed to get the pool deck done as I am preparing to paint it. It had both dirt and grease stains in it and they were longstanding. My personal pressure washer just didn't cut it. So I hired a Simple Washing and the tech Austin was terrific. We wasted no time in getting to the problem. He told me what he was going to do with different chemicals and sure enough when he was done it was clean as a whistle. I had the soffits done as well and they look as good as new.
