We’ve been in our house for 5 plus years and for 5 years the underground downspout in front of our house has been jammed, leading to ice patches on the walk to our front door. We made efforts but couldn’t figure out where the other end was of the pipe. Rob from Sunset Hill came out and thought he knew right where it’d be he was right and within 45 mins had it cleaned out and running again. We have a little work left to do with a landscaper but he recommended one of those as well! Good guy we will have him back to clean windows soon! So quick and responsive when I called! Thanks

Dakota was great! I chose Klean King because he took the time to go over the process with me. I had other quotes from different companies but this was the only one that went over the process and time with me and made my 100yr old rental property look great! I took photos of before and after and it’s kinda hard to see the difference in the photos but the mildew is gone along with the dirt from the trees
