I needed to have my house, driveway, and patio pressured washed. James did an absolutely fantastic job. He paid close attention to all the details. I really appreciated it when he had to work around my schedule changes. My friends and family are really impressed with how my house, driveway and patio look. I am very very very happy with Modesto pressure washing! I definitely give it a 10 out of 10. I had a huge bird problem. Birds were always on the roof and they had nested underneath my solar panels. I would spend hours every weekend cleaning the bird Pooh that had fallen on the patio. They came out to bird proof my roof, panels and they cleaned my solar panels. I haven’t seen a bird ever since and my solar panel production has also gone up. They also spotted a few broken roof tiles and they fixed them. They also cleaned the patio. Their work and service was amazing! I had gotten a few quotes from multiple companies and they were the most affordable. Definitely recommend

I selected this company to clean my roof. They initially indicated the job was done but I have attached pictures of what they consider done. They came back out but failed to complete the job. They just left without a word, costing me an additional $2500 to have another company do it. It also pushed back my solar installation a month because they didn't do it on time, as promised. They promised a refund but ignore my messages and have refused to send it. I told them I would have to post negative reviews and sue them and Jaime lied and said his wife would contact me and she hasn't. Again, my messages ignored. He refused to provide an address or email address and refused to provide a receipt. Good thing we paid with a check. I don't think this is an honest company.

Soto and his team did a phenomenal job with my front yard and backyard. Him and his team were very professional, efficient and made sure our design needs were taken care of. Our backyard looks completely different and we absolutely love it! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get great work done at a very fair price.
