I was hoping after reading the reviews that something would have been fixed but alas, I had assumed wrong. I recommend not pushing the hot water button on number 48 because it won't release water. Thank God I was standing in front of it and selected warm at which time the washer began to actually fill with water and wash clothes instead of just toss them around in a dry drum. 😏

After the quote was accepted she had us on her schedule in just a couple days. When she arrived she made sure all of the expectations were clear along with being conscientious about cleaning product preferences and/or smells.
