Fritz Porter with Imperial Soft Wash is one of the friendliest guys we've ever meet he did an amazing job on our home.. My home isn't very old but because of the weather and where we live it had the green algae mold growing. I needed someone professional that knew what they were doing. He showed up with professional equipment and was able to get our home done in one day. He even came back a week later to ensure everything dried correctly. We are very pleased with the response time and will definitely be contacting Imperial Soft Wash for all of our future needs.

I’ve been by on 3 occasions where there was nobody there around 2:30-4:30. There’s signs on the doors saying they close at 1pm Mon thru Fri. There’s ALSO signs on the door saying they close at 5pm on those same days so which is it The online hours also say 5pm but I guess they just close up shop and go home whenever. Not very professional. Also this is a nitpick of mine but the uniforms are borderline police impersonation and it’s kinda pathetic. They look like a bunch of guys who play fort at home and put up a bunch of “no trespasser” signs in the front yard full of worthless junk cars, but I don’t know. Just the vibe I get.
