This place is overpriced, in my opinion. I live in a rural area and went there to check them up. I paid for the middle wash, and the undercarriage wash did not last at all even though I drove slowly. The time they give you for "drying" the car after the wash was ridiculously short for how wet the car is in the winter. Maybe that time length is good for summer but for winter... no way. Spots of mud were left on my car's side too so I had to use a soft cloth and finish the job. I was excited before I went, but for those prices, there are much better deals with much better performance. Went again today March 2, 2024 to give the place a second chance.. as somewhere in the place replied to my comment. Same kind of issues. You can see photos of before and after. The yellow dust on the side panels and look what happens when you touch it...it is supposed to be clean...after the $18.00...sorry. It's not good enough for me at this point. Total $36.00 for not a good job. By the way, a solution to this may just be as simple as having an employee pre-cleaning the sides or something. It seems that the fluids they use cover dust or grim in some areas (sides) more than actually cleaning them. Either way, I highly encourage them to tackle their service.
What a Great addition to Laramie. One of the best car washes I have ever visited and I have visited many. Blower dryer actually works!! Multi colored wax was the best. Staff was super friendly. Will be my go to now when in Laramie.
2 stars for the vacuums only. Otherwise don't waste your hard earned money. It may look nice but that's the extent of it. Had giant chunks of bird crap on my car still that I had to wipe off. 2 attendants were literally watching me wipe it off with tissues. Do not recommend.
