The Power Washers have power washed 2 properties for me recently. TPW work has been accurate and complete. Their paperwork is excellent, clearly written and easy to understand. Phone communication with them is not great. They give 8 hour arrival window on day of work and they do not let you know when they are on their way. They just show up within 8 hour window. Pricing in my experience and opinion is reasonable. I will call on them again soon.
I own a cabin, and was not aware of a "soft wash" to clean my home. I had a previous company clean my home, but they utilized a power wash, and splintered some of my wood. I found ThePowerWashers.com, and they offered a soft wash. They used a mix of cleaning solution and water, applied very little pressure, and the dirt just poured off the cabin. Nelson, the technician, was awesome. He explained the process before starting, did a small test patch to be sure I was comfortable with what the wood would look like with the recommended water/cleaning solution ratio, and then did a masterful job making sure there were no streaks of dirt within the wood. My house is now ready for stain.
