Mike is rude and VERY unprofessional. I wish I could upload our text conversation. If you text a customer Monday morning at 7:30 am and state you will be there on tomorrow. Tomorrow is Tuesday. And when you dont show, I call to inquire and you state "well I'm not coming today, I can come tomorrow." Rude, rude, AND rude!
I have used the Service Pros twice in two years for pressure washing. Both times have been great experiences. Paul and his team arrive on time, doing a high quality job and the price is VERY reasonable. After obtaining quotes from 3-4 other businesses for the same level of work, The Service Pros is the best around. Paul is very responsive and ensures you are completely satisfied. The first time we hired him, he actually came back out (for free) to touch up areas at our request. We will definitely use The Service Pros in the future. Thanks again!
Paul and his team painted the entire interior of our home, with excellent results. They repaired sheetrock damage expertly, (including radius corners), caulked, primed and prepped all surfaces prior to painting. The team was polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly - all work was of the highest quality. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs service of this type!
