Our experience with Josh Carderelli was exceptional from the first phone call and all the way through to the invoice. Very reasonably priced but also impeccable work. The system he uses cleans the wood and trim, but doesn't loosen or chip off older paint. He reached any part of the house you can see. Algae and dirt gone from wood and nice white soffits again. Whew! We asked for more than just the house which was a smart choice. He cleaned the exterior of our windows, including the skylights, plus the back porch and walkways. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, explaining the system and delivering on anything he quoted.
Josh was very professional and detail oriented. We have a 3600 sq ft two story brick house. He pressure washed the entire thing, paying special attention to the dirtiest areas. Even my kids commented on how awesome our back patio looked. He did a final walk thru with me before he left. I would highly recommend using Clean Em Up pressure washing.
