I would definitely recommend Smart Wash for anyone that has a roof in need of cleaning and not replacement. Jon was courteous, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He came out to my house at a time that was convenient to me, answered all my questions, and completed the job just like he indicated. The roof looks like new. Great job!
The guys from Smart Wash did a GREAT job in totally cleaning up the exterior of our house: house and garages roof; porches; stone patio and walk ways surrounding the house. It would have taken us many days to clean up the porches and walk, and there was no way we'd have been able to clean the roof. It was worth every penny, and in fact saved us money on painters' fee. I heartedly recommend them!
I hired Smart Wash to clean the exterior of my townhouse and power-wash the front steps. Finding this service felt too easy to be true, especially after searching and calling many places. Working with Jon and Smart Wash was a great experience. When I called the business I spoke to a live person, not a voice mail and Jon returned my call that evening. Jon came to my home as scheduled, explained the process and addressed my concerns about my plants. There was no problem about the size of the job (since it is just a townhouse), no pressure to commit (which made me comfortable to do business with Jon), and the price was fair and competitive. Due to weather, they weren't able to come out the next day, but called me to let me know. Since it's November there aren't many good days to wash I anticipated the job being delayed until the spring, but Jon called me and was here as soon as there was break in the weather. Jon and his partner did the work themselves (no strange people I wouldn't have expected) and the process didn't drag on all day. I reviewed the work and clean up and was pleased at how good my house and front steps look.
