Our home and neighborhood had many areas in need of cleaning, and as a member of the HOA board, I wanted to ensure we received a quality service within budget. Ivan did an incredible job! The results were amazing and his knowledge of what causes mold, mildew, moss, algae and anything that discolors brick, concrete, wood, etc. is vast. Ivan completed my house and a significant area of our neighborhood walkways and pool area (plus brick walls) in one day, even through rain and past sunset. After we had a chance to move our pool furniture off the surrounding concrete, he returned and did the entire pool area. The before and after were very different and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything! As testimony to his quality of work and affordability, we are creating a list of additional areas in need of power washing.
