Tried to get Matt to do some fascia and gutter work for us. He gave us a quote, it looked good, then he never showed. I contacted him a few times to see what was happening. He said he rescheduled our job two different times but then still never showed up.
Made an appointment with Matt to clean my windows and gutters. He did not show up and didn't contact me. I rescheduled and he was a no call/no show again.
It's hard enough to find a window cleaner yet alone one that gets back to you and is able to schedule! Matthew was the only person that got back to me, he made an appointment on the phone and he showed up!!! The windows sparkle, the screens are cleaned and the sills all washed out. This was a great service
