Assignment Understood!!! Never a Dull(No Punt intended) moment with Glass Geeks!!!! The service was outstanding and Spachelle and the assistant with her did an outstanding job. Both were very kind and took their times to ensure my project was done to perfection. Not one complaint during our walk around!!! I want this team always!!! They did 23ft of glass mirrors, my entire house and casita inside out and changed my batteries for my smoke detectors!!! Thanks Again
Glass Geeks cleaned our patio that had mold stains both on the concrete floor and top of stone pillars. Mike did a great job cleaning and explaining the process, will definitely use Glass Geeks again. Pics are before and after.
We hired Glass Geeks to clean the exterior windows and solar screens PLUS the interior windows and tracks. Overall, I was very disappointed with the services and how they reacted to my concerns. Two folks came out and only spent 30 minutes total on the job. One of my windows had not been cleaned at all. Not only did they not clean any of the tracks, but they did not even open any of the windows to take a look at the tracks. I also found residue from their glass-cleaner solution on all my window ledges and the floors underneath the windows. Not sure why they did not clean up their mess, especially when I have animals in the house. I was disappointed that I had to clean up after folks who I was paying to perform a cleaning service. I received an invoice for just over $300. Given that I did not receive the full service or anywhere close to $300 in service value, I called the office. After explaining my concerns, I was told that the two people they sent to perform the job were “usually pretty good.” They also told me the owner, Shane, would contact me to come up with a resolution so that I would not be paying for services I did not fully receive. I never heard from the owner. Instead I got a new invoice that subtracted $30 from my bill. Upon reviewing the proposal, the cost of the services in question is $282 plus tax. With my invoice being ~$300 from tax, that dropped my payment to $272. So I am ultimately paying nearly the same baseline amount for the actual services, despite them not performing the full service (one window not cleaned PLUS zero tracks cleaned) and leaving residue all over my home. I was not able to talk to anyone to try and come up with a different proposal, as I would not pay more than $200 for the services I received. I decided to leave two stars because they did a nice job fitting me in to their schedule and working with my own schedule. The people in the office showed good hospitality, but did not follow up with me about this unfortunate situation.
