Great place to work, I am very impressed with their professionalism, their standards that they impart on their employees, and their willingness to go above and beyond to help every one of their employees to give customers the best job possible. The owner himself will help every employee as if they were family. If you can't get to work, they will pick you up. Have a question about a job at 3 am, call them they will wake up and walk you through the issue. Need extra help in the middle of the night after they have been in the office all day Call and tell them and they will show up to get dirty and help you along. They provide us with every tool to get the job done right and efficiently and give their employees the opportunity to demonstrate their skill and ability and be a face to an excellent company and the Frontline of a well known, well established, top tier company. Look forward to a long term career of growth and a mutually beneficial professional relationship.
Do not recommend this company to work for, they hire young men, work them, and do not want to pay them. Alan is very unprofessional.
Worked here for 3 months, was sent out in the historic snow storm & got into a wreck. Mind you, we were the only truck out making him money while everyone sat at home. Alan left us in Houston and my aunt had to drive from Kaufman to Houston to come pick us up. It took them an entire day because the roads were dangerous. He then let me go, and withheld my check because I “cost him money”. He overworks his best employees, including his son. He doesn’t care about his employees, he cares about money.
