Used a few pressure washing companies over the years, but Morza blows them all away. I always thought the color was what it was and live with it. Carlos arrived in time and went right to work. The equipment they used was far superior to the "other" guys. My back patio looks as good as the day it was completed. While he was here, I asked if they could spray my house siding as the moldiness was starting to build. No problem! The color really popped! Highly recommend these guys.
Zach was extremely professional and prompt with all of his responses. He kept me updated when the weather was bad on the day of our appointment. He washed my fence, cleaned the gutters, washed the house, driveway, front walk, shed and pool concrete decking. Wonderful job!!! He also saved the baby birds in a nest built under my front porch and offered to haul off so me old chairs I mentioned were going to be trashed eventually!
