A great crew that helped out during a hard time for my husband and I stationed in NV! They went to our parent’s house and helped clean up the giant mess and truly made the home sparkle! We were kept in constant communication and given updates that made my husband and I feel very comfortable with how they approached things! Even saved valuables making them extremely trustworthy! Worth every penny!!!

Christy’s Cleaning Crew volunteered their time and materials to clean Merritt Romans’ rock museum. Merritt is a 98 year old World War 2 veteran who lives alone. The crew wanted to give back to the community with a free cleaning for an individual who has contributed to the community in many ways. They chose Merritt Romans’ rock museum. They did an amazing job, it shines like a new penny . Justin Hollingshead and Lisa Gables from the crew came. Three community members joined in . They were Keith Romero, Jake Amador, and Dawn Robertson. All five did a great job. Thank you Christy’s Crew and community helpers for giving up time on the Fourth of July for such a worthy cause.

We were quoted a price for “deep cleaning” of our house. We agreed to this company doing the work. While there were a few things done well, there were more things that weren’t done well, or at all. The crew came out and did a hurry up job with very little attention to details that I would expect for a regular cleaning, much less a “deep cleaning.” The toilets were not thoroughly cleaned. Most shelves were not dusted at all, and those that were somewhat cleaned were not done thoroughly. Of the shelves that were somewhat cleaned or dusted, nothing on any shelf was put back like it was originally arranged on the shelf. Cobwebs were still present in a couple of rooms, picture frames were left dusty. I spent a couple of hours going behind them and finishing their “deep cleaning.” When I texted the owner, he never apologized or mentioned a way to make it right for us. He said he “would find a way to make it right,” but never offered a specific solution. He blamed me for not pointing these things out in my “walkthrough” which was very hurried on my part, because I had to leave work to go inspect the work they had done. Essentially, it was a hurried job with no quality inspection by the owner. The only deep cleaning I got was from my bank account.
