We cannot be happier with the job Jamie did for us, which included cleaning our home trim for painting, and completely cleaning our metal roof. Everything looks fresh and new, and you can easily see the product of his very detailed and thorough work. It was a pleasure to work with Jamie - very professional and a good communicator. Our metal home had not been thoroughly cleaned on the exterior in almost 3 years, lots of mildew and green particularly on the north side. After requesting several bids, I selected East Texas Home Services and here is why. When I reached out to East Texas Home Services, Jamie McCafferty the owner/operator, was very prompt and efficient in responding. He gave me the best price without even seeing the property in person, based totally on my information plus he gave a first time discount. I wanted him to see it before he committed and gave him the address which he looked up on online to confirm. I also requested windows to be cleaned, he was the only service I contacted that did the windows, which included hand washing, cleaning the exterior tracks, brushing the screens and webs around the windows.We have 11 windows and the price only increased by $80. He did an outstanding job!! My husband said the house looked almost new and he built it in 2007. Jamie worked very hard and was concerned about meeting our needs, even helped my husband out with a small project and measured our gutters for me after cleaning them. He was polite, responsive and he is a veteran of the US Air Force. I will be using this company again and highly recommend them.
The before and after pictures tell it all. He did an amazing job and was thorough. We own a historical home and now it looks brand new. I didn't know concrete could get that clean! Would 100% recommend East Texas Home Services.
