I moved here with my new family a year ago and it was a terrible experience the bugs are out of control within the first few weeks of living here things we’re falling apart my dryer broke down my washer flooded my apartment and went through to the down stairs apartment my toilet pipe was broken and it took them 15 calls, work orders, emails and the Apt down stairs to yell at them to come fix my pipe the walls are very then the valet trash is out of control the internet is a complete scam and don’t get my started on the lazy ladies in the office we have changed management 3 times April is highly disrespectful and needs a reality check about her poor customer service and nasty aptitude oh and if you want your car stolen and love living with all kinds of bugs COME ON DOWN TO SUTTON PLACE!!! Where you can have is all

I don’t have the time or the patience right now to sue you for doxxing so I just left it as anonymous. Thank you.)) I had no heat for my first two months in December. My apartment wasn’t complete and I moved in I top of construction and dust. My washer and dryer were not properly installed and it flooded my apartment. We had sewage water feces and wet toilet paper in our parking lots for weeks. Good luck trying to get maintenance to your apartment I couldn’t get them to fix my door after trying for two weeks without threatening the office with legal action. YOU CANT USE THE CABINETS nothing will fit in them. Domestic violence situations are frequent here and the police will not show up to this complex if they do it’s hours later so you are on your own in regards to safety. The walls are paper thin so get ready to hear everything going on outside. Heavy homeless persons presence in this area my bike was stolen twice. They will go up between $300-$400 on your lease renewal every year and the place just gets worse. The people in the office change every month and the management there that do remain are extremely rude and I’ve found to be dishonest and downright heartless in certain situations. This is the worst apartment complex ever. I’m not sure how they are still allowed to run this dump they are posing as apartments.

I moved in about a week ago and I have had very little hiccups! Apryll was so amazing and very easy to get a hold of! The only issues was that I had to move in a day later than expected just because repairs were taking a little longer than expected. I wasn’t supposed to move in until the 24th at 5 pm and she called me at 9:30 that morning to let us know that the apartment would likely not be ready until the next day which wasn’t an issue for my fiance and I personally. Also with our schedule it is a little hard to find a parking spot but we don’t mind a small walk. We also rarely hear our neighbors, we can hear kids playing/yelling outside during the day but that doesn’t bother us at all! We love our apartment!!
