JT did an amazing job clearing some of the 24 acres on my raw land in Dickinson, TX. We got rained out several times over three months. We found a dry period, but as luck would have it, it rained 2.5 inches on the day and another 1.5 inches over the next three days. It seems the forest was fighting back. Despite this, his crew did an amazing job. Although I didn't get as much cleared as I wanted, it was a fortunate accident because it looks great. We've decided to keep the rest of the trees, except for a few invasives, which aren’t as bad as we first thought. JT’s driver, Chris, saved some amazing pine trees for my daughter's treehouse. Dalton cleared out a fence that had become one with the trees. Mulchers and metal don’t mix. JT said this was the thickest his Barko 930B has seen, and now I’m left with mulch to build my pastures. As a former Navy SEAL with PTSD and TBI, this project means a lot to me, my veteran friends, and the brother I’ve lost. It’s been proven that agriculture significantly helps with PTSD, and this ranch will serve that purpose. We’ll be raising sheep and goats for dog food that will be donated to veterans with service dogs. Anyway, this is becoming long-winded. JT and his equipment are top-notch.
