Chad met and exceeded all our expectations. He was recommended to us through a contractor who promised his quality of work. His politeness, honesty, and good mannered nature, along with his attention to detail; are great and hard qualities to find in a company/individual these days! The weather was not in his favor both mornings he was to start, but he waited out the rain and showed up as promised and did not rush through his job but did a thorough cleaning and pressure washing as quoted and promised. We have no problems recommending Chad or his company. His respect for the property and the service he provided are far above and beyond our expectations! A 10/10 on the scorecard! We would gladly and effortlessly use him again - he cleaned two driveways, a retaining wall, the exterior of the house and sidewalks at a very reasonable price, with quality showing in all work that he did! C&E is top notch! I gave them a call for an estimate for gutter cleaning and Chad came out on the same day. My gutters had not been clean for a couple of years and were in bad shape. We set the date for cleaning and he arrived on the time scheduled and did a wonderful job. Chad was kind enough to remove remaining leaves off my roof before cleaning the gutters. I was so impressed I asked him to come back and clean the vinyl in the spring. My neighbor was also impressed he scheduled a cleaning for his house too. You can’t go wrong with C&E!
