I love shopping at Walmart but there was a really rude team lead who wouldn’t let me grab the things from the top shelf aka overstock shelf. I told him politely well the shelf’s empty but the products up there. Instead of insisting in helping me he told me to don’t touch it or else I’ll have to leave and I told him do your job and that’s when he told me to leave and never come back or I’ll be trespassed. I only do a little amount of business but I feel like management needs to give a lesson to there team leads on how to not lose a sale. I will not stop here at this walmart again. 👍
Brookings Walmart is one of the best! I love how well kept they keep the store! Also, that store has good employees and has a better choice of products in stock than all the Walmarts in Sioux Falls with exception to the South Minnesota Ave store. Both are good stores with good service.
Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop. It doesn't matter what town it's in, they are usually set up very similar so it's easy to find things. I worked at the Brookings, SD walmart for 8 years and I am still a loyal customer. I still get all my prescriptions there and they have THE BEST PHARMACY I have ever used. The pharmacy staff is AMAZING!!!!! A shout out to ALL the staff at BROOKINGS, SD WALMART, ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY STAFF!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!
