Nice people. Mediocre work. I tasked them with cleaning 1 brick patio, 1 crushed native shell patio, and 1 wood deck. I hired them because they are so called professionals and had good reviews. The deck was like a 5/10. Brick patio 6.5/10. Crushed shell patio 1/10. Doesn't even look different and still has major stains. I was given before and after pictures of the deck and brick patio but not of the shell patio which was obviously a calculated decision. See my pics for what a terrible job they did on that section. Seems like they are going quantity>quality.
If your home needs to have a facelift.... then this is the company to call. They were on top of everything from the time that we booked the appointment to when they were finished. We got photo updates of the home before and after the cleaning. Attention to detail is key, and they got every nook and cranny of our home. Very professional and very nice! Looks like a new house! This is my second time with Charleston Washing Professionals and I’m extremely pleased. The house looks great as well as my driveway and walkway. The communication was ongoing after I made the appointment. They showed up when promised and sent before and after pictures when done. Very helpful because I was out of town. I highly recommend!!
