I highly recommend What Ya Need Pressure Washing! Kyle and his wife do a fantastic job every time they come to clean our home. We have had great experiences with them, and look forward to using them again in the future.
What Ya Need is exactly What We Got. Kyle promised he would do a good job and he did, its that simple. Our large exterior brick terrace (approx. 1500SF) was a moss growing monster and he said he could make it look 100% better and he did, he also cleaned all of our deck funiture with recommendations for products to seal the teak. The cypress exterior timberframe looks like new and the moss on our roof (parts are constantly in the shade) has been removed. Not high pressure washing, but instead a mixture of non plant toxic ingredients and a water rinse that left no water spots on our windows and really cleaned off the exterior Hardy Plank siding with no paint damage. All of our potted plants were sprayed at the beginning and end to protect them, justy in case, to my satisfation. They moved our potted plants and furniture around so they could manage the space. They also cleaned the exterior of our small pine cabin guest house of grime and it looks almost brand new. He and his helper showed up on time, worked non-stop in the blossoming heat and after a lively chat about news in our county twisted off the job leaving behind a very happy customer indeed. I highly recommend Kyle and would happily use him again, it was fun to watch!
