Very responsive and humble. We called on the phone and they answered us right away to let us know that they were available and what the wait time was for. They did a good job detailing our car and would recommend. They have cameras on surveillance for 24 hours so it let us know that our car is in good hands and nothing will be stolen. Then there was also two spots of shades. Some tables and some chairs for sitting as well.
