Sorry .I've used this place four or five times with no problems with the automatic washer. The last time I tried to use it . It wouldn't work. $10.00 . Called the number. It's only a fax machine . Good thing I used a credit card. The credit card reimbursed me.
Okay. The automatic one isn't worth the money really doesn't clean. Unless you dry your vehicle you will have white spots from water residue on your car. Most times the spray with soap seems to just be water. Good place for a quick rinse.
