Bill came out today and they did an amazing job! He is so thorough, he did not stop until he was satisfied. The entire job took about 6 hours!!! We had our back pool deck done, the entire outside of our house, our screens, walkways, he even did the curb!!!! We would highly recommend Keystone Pro Wash, and we will definitely use them again! Thank you guys so much for everything you do!
Very pleased with this service. They were on time with scheduled appointment. They were very friendly and pricing was very reasonable. The exterior of our house is clean. It was well worth it!!!
While Bill is a very nice gentleman, he caused more problems than he fixed. He uses bleach to do his cleaning. Wherever he didn't rinse the bleach solution left a white residue. I ended up having to clean all the windows on the side of the house where he power washed. His bleach turned our grass an ugly shade of yellow as well. Is it dead Not sure at this point. I have hose marks in the yard where his hose was laying. Again, this is from the bleach solution. We also have a dwarf butterfly bush that looks like it's dying from the bleach. He also destroyed the outdoor rug we had on our deck. Shredded it. I cannot recommend Keystone Pro Wash. I would look elsewhere for your power washing needs.
