When doing a floor install we discovered that there was moisture underneath our existing vinyl floor. I called Harmon in a panic, and Mark was kind enough to come out immediately. He he quickly identified the issue and returned later the same day to test the humidity level in our slab. Mark returned the following day and verified through his instruments that we had no slab leak. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his professionalism. Although he could’ve sold me a product/service he was ethical and let me know we didn’t need any treatment. He saved the day for us and we are so very thankful.
