Absolutely awful experience! Clay said many times after I had asked specifically if the chemicals used on the roof were non toxic, safe for the flowers and animals and he assured me that they were. This is not the case. The roof cleaner killed my hydrangea, ferns, lillies, and many other plants around my home. He issued a refund but refused to replace the plants her killed, so I was set back about $200 on costs to replace not to mention the lost time. Although he has refunded me I am continually receiving emails that my invoice is past due and will be sent to collections. I have contacted Clay twice about this and he again assured me he would get this taken care of. It has now been 4 months on this mess and I'm still getting past due emails. Clay said he would work to make things right and I feel I've had more than enough patience with him.
