Michael made our roof look brand new again and his price was very reasonable! He takes great pride in his work and it shows!! Now we need to get the house and decks done since the roof looks so good!! We are very happy customers!!.
Michael came out to wash the house, driveway, and do some gutter cleaning. He quoted a great price. Once he got out and walked around, he said he’d take care of the porch and patio as well. He even did the sidewalk! I went out and took a look and the house looks amazing. The gutters are the whitest they’ve been in 5+ years. He really took his time and did an amazing job. I’m 100% satisfied and will be using Southern Shine again. I’d recommend his work over any other company I’ve used before.
Mr. Byrd knows his craft and industry extremely well and his knowledge helped stop me from doing damage to my house. He is excellent at educating the consumer and is fast yet very thorough. As far as value, Southern Shine cannot be beat for both value and price. From now on, no one will touch my home except him for yearly power washing.
