Jacob did a professional and thorough job cleaning my house siding as well as my windows and screens. The product he uses is reputable and really allowed my windows to shine. They were very professional going about cleaning my house. They took great care of my shrubs and landscaping to ensure they were not damaged. The house looks amazing now! They cleared up my moss issues on my roof and black stains as well. They ensured they covered every inch of my siding and did a little extra cleaning on my sidewalks and stone wall. They even cleaned up my screens on my windows. Great job all around and would definitely have them back once needed again.
Very professional from beginning to end. By the time he was done, the only sign he was there was that the house looked 100x better! He took very good care to make sure none of the shrubs were adversely affected. Good communication before, during and after. He even came back to re-do a spot that he felt wasn't up to his standards (I didn't even notice it until he pointed it out) I would definitely recommend Thin Red Line and will call him again when my house needs to be washed.
