Scott Conger (owner of CNY Professional Property Maintenance) has done work on my property several times. The first time, he came in the capacity of head foreman and lead chainsaw person of a tree cutting crew that took down a 90 foot Catalpa tree that was about 10 feet away from my house. I thought Scott and his team did an excellent job, which is why I had Scott come back about a year and a half later to trim some trees that had branches overhanging my roof. Again, he did an excellent job. Because the tree branches had been overhanging my roof for so long, quite a lot of moss and lichen had formed on my roof. It was a no-brainer to have Scott come back and clean my rooftop as well! Scott has always been punctual, personable and professional. I recommend him for any of the services his company performs.
