I don't have issues with the work done, but was too trusting and naive about the pricing... Without a written estimate but after talking/walking through the rooms we needed done, the Ernz crew started painting several rooms in our house; everything seemed fine. But before they were 1/2 finished, I got a work-in-progress invoice for slightly over the total Eric verbally quoted while he was walking through my house with me before the job started (and being all buddy buddy). Upon seeing that, I paid it in full immediately, but seeing that the final bill would as a result be double the orig estimate and probably more...I cancelled the project then and there. This company may be ok quality-wise, but don't be naive and trusting like me: Get your price in writing!
We had an excellent experience with Erik and his team! We just recently purchased a home, and Erik was able to come do an estimate and fit us in right away (which was great since we were hoping to get it done before moving). Very professional, had great advice, and did a beautiful job!
